The company introduced Onion Crunch, a fried onion topping designed to enhance everyday meals. The success of Onion Crunch highlighted his ability to identify consumer trends, scale operations, and build a recognizable food brand in a competitive market.

Alongside business and entertainment, Loeb also explored political involvement. In 2005, he ran for a seat on the Delray Beach City Commission in Florida. Although he did not win, the campaign marked the beginning of his engagement with public policy. In 2008, he served as finance co-chairman for Rudy Giuliani’s presidential campaign. A year later, he launched a campaign for the Florida State Senate with Giuliani’s support but withdrew due to personal circumstances related to his divorce. Notably, Loeb used his own funds to reimburse campaign contributors, reinforcing his reputation for accountability. In 2011, health issues resulting from a serious car accident led him to step away from plans to run for the United States Senate. He has described his political philosophy as that of a Teddy Roosevelt Republican, emphasizing conservation, responsibility, and reform.
